As of July 1st 2026 the SOS Fund will only be accepting new clients in the following criteria:
A tax sale foreclosure or ground rent ejectment action has already been filed against the homeowner or heir occupant (city wide);
The owner(s) is deceased and the heir(s) are seeking to file a new deed. (city wide) or
A homeowner in Maryland Legislative District 45 has outstanding property taxes or other municipal debt.
