As of July 1st 2025 the SOS Fund will only be accepting new clients in the following criteria:
A tax sale or ground rent foreclosure action has already been filed against the homeowner or heir occupant (city wide);
The homeowner or heir occupant lives in one of these neighborhoods:
Penn - North (Unpaid Municipal Bills)
Live @Coppin (Home Repair)
Mondawmin (Home Repair)
Easterwood (Home Repair)
Robert Coleman (Home Repair) or;
The owner(s) is deceased and the heir(s) are seeking to file a new deed. (city wide)
